Frequently Asked Questions

  • Orders will be shipped within 5 working days of the order being placed.

  • As a small business I can only ship within the EU at this time. All orders are shipped with DPD via a tracked service.

    Please contact me via email for shipping outside the EU. 

  • Please get in touch, I will gladly make pieces for you to order. Please consider it can take 6-8 weeks for custom orders.

  • Orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt. 

  • Unfortunately as a small maker I cannot offer free returns at this time.

    Please note, returns & exchanges are the responsibility of the customer until they reach the studio. I would strongly recommend using a tracked service. Always retrain proof of postage. Until such time as I receive an item in the studio it remains the customers responsibility. All items must be returned with original packaging & undamaged.
